Throughout the evening, you are invited to land more deeply into your body, your breath, and your center.
We will welcome you into a ceremonial space, finding presence through breath, voice and movement.
A space where the body is not something to fix, but something to listen to.
Working with the voice in combination with the breath can be profoundly releasing and opening. They both mobilize what is held beneath the surface, whilst giving direction, vibration and expression.
Sound allows what has been stored in the body – tensions, emotions, unspoken impulses – to move, rather than remain contained. It creates a bridge between the internal experience and the outer world.
The cacao, gently infused with rose, supports a soft yet clear opening of the heart. It can deepen sensitivity, connection and receptivity, whilst holding you in a grounded, embodied presence. In the spirit of spring, this ceremony invites movement, renewal and a subtle unfolding – a transition from contraction into expansion.
Together, we create a field where you can meet yourself with more honesty, softness, compassion and depth.

This is a ceremony, not a performance. You are guided throughout, and everything is an invitation. You move at your own pace and all voices are welcome.

Location: Templet, Ryesgade 17 (courtyard, basement)
Wear comfortable layered clothing.
Bring water and anything you need to lie comfortably (there will be mats, blankets and eye masks, bring optional extra pillow og back support).
You are welcome to bring a simple instrument (drum, rattle, etc.).
