About the Ceremony
This gathering takes place just a few days before the winter solstice on 21 December – the moment when darkness reaches its peak and we enter the longest night of the year. The solstice marks a transition: the threshold between darkness and light, between release and renewal. This ceremony is created as a space to honour that crossing and to reconnect with your inner light.

Throughout the evening, you are invited to land more deeply in your body, your breath, and your own center. Together with Freya Luna Colibri, I guide a ceremonial experience that combines stillness, movement, ritual and inner activation. The intention is to create a field of clarity and presence, where you can meet yourself in a softer, deeper way.

What to Expect
– Cacao ceremony to open the heart and support connection
– Guided meditation for grounding, inner clarity and presence
– Breathwork bridging conscious and subconscious layers
– Embodied movement to release, unwind and create flow
– Vocal activation supporting expression, vibration and emotional clearing

This is a ceremony, not a performance. All levels of experience are welcome, and you move at your own pace. You are invited to meet the practice with curiosity and honesty.
