A journey into breath, self-awareness, emotional resilience, and embodied living

Many people move through life carrying stress, tension, emotional overwhelm, or a feeling of being disconnected from themselves. We become skilled at functioning, performing, and taking care of others, yet often lose touch with our own needs, vitality, and inner guidance.

Essence Breathwork Foundation is an invitation to slow down and reconnect.

Over the course of six immersive training days, we explore how conscious breathing, body awareness, emotional intelligence, and authentic connection can support a more grounded, resilient, and fulfilling way of living.

This course is a personal development journey designed for individuals who want to deepen their relationship with themselves, strengthen their emotional resilience, and discover the transformative potential of the breath.

Through experiential practices, guided self-inquiry, group exploration, and breathwork sessions, you will learn practical tools that can support you both in everyday life and during times of challenge and transition.

WHAT IS ESSENCE BREATHWORK?

Essence Breathwork is a somatic and trauma-informed approach to conscious breathing.

It is based on the understanding that the body, mind, emotions, and nervous system are deeply interconnected. By working with the breath in a safe and intentional way, we can access deeper layers of awareness, release accumulated tension, and cultivate greater presence and vitality.

The breath becomes a doorway into a more authentic relationship with ourselves.

Rather than trying to fix or change who we are, the practice invites us to become more curious, compassionate, and connected to our inner experience.

WHAT WE WILL EXPLORE

Throughout the program, we will work with:

• Conscious connected breathing and the foundations of Essence Breathwork

• Nervous system regulation and emotional resilience

• Developing a deeper relationship with your breath

• Body awareness and learning to listen to the body's signals

• Understanding emotional patterns and inner resources

• Self-regulation tools for everyday life

• Movement practices that support grounding and embodiment

• Guided meditations and mindfulness exercises

• Relational awareness and authentic communication

• Group processes and shared reflection

• Integrating personal insights into daily life

THE LEARNING EXPERIENCE

This program is highly experiential.

Each training day combines breathwork sessions, movement practices, meditation, reflection exercises, group dialogue, and practical teachings.

The emphasis is not on acquiring knowledge alone, but on cultivating lived experience.

You will be invited to explore your own patterns, strengths, challenges, and potential within a supportive and non-judgmental environment.

There is nothing to achieve and nothing to perform.

The intention is simply to create space for greater awareness, connection, and personal growth.

No previous experience with breathwork, yoga, meditation, or personal development work is required.

    • Due to the small group size, missed workshops, whether due to illness or other reasons, cannot be rescheduled or replaced.

  3. Participant Requirements

    • By registering, you confirm that you:

      • Are at least 18 years old.

      • Are in good health and physical condition.

      • Do not have severe medical conditions or take strong medications.

  4. Health Considerations for Breathwork
    Breathwork is an intense practice and is unsuitable for individuals with any of the following conditions:

    • Pregnancy or having given birth within the last six months.

    • Heart or cardiovascular conditions.

    • Glaucoma.

    • Asthma or epilepsy.

    • Severe mental health issues, such as psychosis.

    • Contagious or infectious illnesses.
