ESSENCE BREATHWORK WORKSHOP
The breath is a living reminder of balance — between effort and ease, holding on and letting go, life and transformation. Through conscious breathing, we are invited to surrender to the natural unfolding of life and reconnect with our innate capacity for healing, clarity, and presence.
Essence Breathwork is a somatic and trauma-informed approach to conscious breathing. It is founded on the understanding that body, mind, and spirit are one integrated system — what affects one aspect inevitably touches the others. By engaging the breath with awareness, we activate the body’s natural intelligence and its ability to restore harmony and flow.
This practice integrates insights from body-oriented therapy, neuroscience, and ancient contemplative traditions. Through conscious breathing, movement, and presence, stored tension and emotion can be released, allowing new space for vitality, connection, and ease.

Workshop Flow
We begin by grounding and landing in the space, followed by a sharing circle and check-in to set intention and presence. Through gentle movement and somatic practices, you’ll prepare the body for the breath journey — opening pathways for energy and awareness to move.
The Essence Breathwork session is a guided inner exploration with music, mindful facilitation, and space for authentic expression. We close with a check-out and integration, supported by organic snacks, allowing time to ground and gently return to everyday awareness.
This session is both a deep inner journey and an act of self-care — a time to listen, soften, and reconnect with your essence. The group size is intentionally small to ensure a safe and contained environment for your individual process.
No previous experience with breathwork is needed — only a willingness to meet yourself where you are.

Due to the small group size, missed workshops, whether due to illness or other reasons, cannot be rescheduled or replaced.

Do not have severe medical conditions or take strong medications.
Health Considerations for Breathwork
Breathwork is an intense practice and is unsuitable for individuals with any of the following conditions:Pregnancy or having given birth within the last six months.
Heart or cardiovascular conditions.
Glaucoma.
Asthma or epilepsy.
Severe mental health issues, such as psychosis.
Contagious or infectious illnesses.
