The breath reminds us of the seamless flow between the two polarities of night and day, summer and winter, life and death. It reminds us to be without resistance to life’s natural unfolding, and less surprised by the impermanent nature of all things. In these workshops, we enter a healing womb space with our own breath and the collective field where intention moves stuck or disharmonious matter.
This event serves as a great time to reflect inward on what you might need to let go of in order to attain greater freedom and joy. We will be a small group, to ensure safety and integrity in the work 🐚
The technique practiced is known as Conscious Connected Breathing. In short - Conscious Connected Breathing is a simple breathing technique in which the breather intentionally connects the inhale with the exhale without any pauses. This shifts our physiology, as we oxygenate the brain and enables us to explore altered states of consciousness, entering our healing potential. It is a very powerful technique that can surface old stagnated emotions, both of joy and sadness. We embrace the inner child and all that is you. You will be supported throughout the workshop. The space is inspired by Shamanic traditions as well as the yogic wisdom, to aid our healing and to help us clear our bodies, minds and hearts. There will be elements of music, shamanic and healing mantras, bodywork and therapeutic interventions🪷

You do not have to have any experience with cacao, breathwork as such, but simply be open for your own healing potential. This will be a smaller intimate atmosphere and there will be plenty of time to share and satisfy your curiosity and feel supported throughout.
